PaperTales Creative Chaos is the creative home for the projects, tutorials, handmade cards, bundles, and crafty goodies that come out of my craft room.

Some ideas start with a plan. Others start with “I wonder if I can make this work?” Either way, they usually involve plenty of paper, a little experimentation, and the occasional missing ruler.

Here you’ll find creative projects designed to inspire you, help you try something new, and hopefully bring a little more joy to your own craft space.

Digital Products

PDF tutorials and other digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

If you have trouble receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

Physical Products

Handmade cards, bundles, kits, class materials, and other physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for kits and class-related orders to ship.

This allows time for orders to be prepared, supplies to be gathered, projects to be packaged, and everything to make its way out of the PaperTales Craft Room.

Class registration and kit orders may have specific ordering deadlines and shipping timelines, which will be noted on the individual class listing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive any available shipping information or tracking details.

Shipping costs and available options will be shown during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to make it right.

Please note: Customized or personalized items may have different return or cancellation terms, which will be noted on the individual product listing.

Payment is required at the time your order is placed.

For digital products, your order will be processed and delivered electronically after successful payment.

For physical products, your order will be prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully processed.
